Rose Gold Realty is a women-led boutique brokerage serving Lafayette, Indianapolis and all of Indiana. Founded by Jordin Youst, a former accountant, mortgage lender, investor and active house-flipper, we advise on far more than contracts, and we do it with honesty, personality and zero stuffiness.

Our story

From solo agent to the brokerage

Rose Gold Realty started about five years ago as a one-woman operation and has grown into a tight, hand-picked team across Lafayette and Indianapolis. Founder Jordin Youst built it on a simple belief: clients deserve better than a sales-driven experience.

Jordin's background is what makes us different, a former corporate accountant and licensed mortgage lender who invests in and flips homes herself. That means we advise on far more than contracts: financing, negotiation, home values, renovations, inspections, and how every decision affects your investment. We look at the entire picture so you can decide with confidence.

We're not stuffy, and we won't pretend to be. We're honest, direct, and genuinely fun to work with, cocktails at Tuesday team meetings and all. Much of our business still comes from referrals, which tells you everything about the trust we've built one client at a time.

Jordin Youst

Owner + Managing Broker

With a background in accounting, lending, real estate investing, and house flipping, I bring a unique perspective to every transaction. I understand every step of the process—from preapproval to repairs and everything in between—so my clients always have an advocate who knows the big picture.

When I'm not helping people buy and sell homes, you'll find me coaching the Harrison High School boys tennis team, golfing, or spending time with my husband, the principal at McCutcheon, and his two kids.

Lindsey Foster

With over 10 years of real estate experience, Lindsey Foster provides a refined, client-focused experience built on integrity, expertise, and exceptional service. Her hands-on home renovation experience, trusted network of local vendors, and attention to detail help clients make confident decisions while ensuring a seamless buying or selling experience. Outside of real estate, Lindsey is a devoted wife, proud mother, and pet mom to her cats, T and Storm, and her dog, Thor. She believes every home tells a story and is passionate about helping her clients find the perfect place to begin their next chapter.

Kaylee Blacklidge

As a Lafayette native with over 10 years of real estate experience, I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I’ve flipped homes, managed rental portfolios, and own and manage investment properties, giving me experience in nearly every aspect of real estate.

I truly enjoy walking my clients through the buying and selling process and making what can feel overwhelming as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Helping people reach their real estate goals is my greatest joy.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband and daughter, traveling, and being outdoors.

With a strong focus on market strategy, she helps her clients understand the bigger picture and make informed, confident decisions. She also has a growing interest in commercial real estate, helping clients explore spaces and opportunities that fit their business goals.

Lynn believes clients deserve an agent who will explain the details, fight for their best interests, and make the process feel a whole lot less intimidating. Outside of real estate, Lynn is a wife, mom of three, and Jiu-Jitsu practitioner who brings that same determination and care to everything she does.
