From solo agent to the brokerage

Rose Gold Realty started about five years ago as a one-woman operation and has grown into a tight, hand-picked team across Lafayette and Indianapolis. Founder Jordin Youst built it on a simple belief: clients deserve better than a sales-driven experience.

Jordin's background is what makes us different, a former corporate accountant and licensed mortgage lender who invests in and flips homes herself. That means we advise on far more than contracts: financing, negotiation, home values, renovations, inspections, and how every decision affects your investment. We look at the entire picture so you can decide with confidence.

We're not stuffy, and we won't pretend to be. We're honest, direct, and genuinely fun to work with, cocktails at Tuesday team meetings and all. Much of our business still comes from referrals, which tells you everything about the trust we've built one client at a time.
