Meet Jordin
Jordin founded Rose Gold Realty on a simple idea: real estate should feel personal, not transactional. Her background is unlike almost anyone else's in the business, a former corporate accountant with 15 years in manufacturing, a licensed mortgage lender, a real estate investor, and an active house-flipper.
That mix means she advises on far more than contracts: financing, negotiation, home values, renovation costs, inspections and investment math, the whole picture. She personally does around $10M a year in sales, almost entirely from referrals and repeat clients, and holds her lender's license with Parker Mortgage so her clients get true in-house lending. When she's not closing, she's coaching Harrison boys tennis.
